In schools throughout the UK technology is taken to landfill that can be given a second leche of life. Our service is simple. We clear technology from schools and pay a base rate per device. This payment can be used in the technology department for the benefit of students. Its to common in the UK that technology is taken when schools should be benefiting long term from their computer clearance. We pay a set fee per device and clear items ranging from keyboard and mice to projectors and smart boards.
Where does the tech go:
The technology is refurbished to a grade A standard with our team installing new operating systems and cosmetically upgrading the devices before sale. We have contacts across Africa who use the technology in their schools. Most recently was a shipment of 100 devices to Gambia to be used in secondary schools. This technology that was once to be sent to landfill is being reused. This massively helps reduce technological waste which currently is a big problem across the UK.
